Someone told me that pictures speak a thousand words. So I'm gonna just go ahead and post about how I celebrated this Valentines Day. In short, it involved a lot of home cooked food (I'm talking breakfast in bed, lunch by the window and dinner in the candle light type of food) , candid conversations, a double dinner date and in short, lots of love. How did you guys celebrate your Valentines Day?

I found these White Wine Strawberries with Whipped Crème Fraîche so amazingly divine tasting! the recipe is right here and I quartered the recipe. The only change I made was that I used only 3 tablespoons of Sugar instead of the corn syrup to maintain the original tartness of the fruit and just give it a touch of sweet, and a squeeze of lemon too! Worked out beautifully. And to know how incredibly easy it is, you must try this one out! :)
